Job summary

Amgen is seeking a remote-based field training leadership role to drive Learning & Performance strategy for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire onboarding, field learning, and ongoing sales capability initiatives.

You will partner with Brand Leadership, Medical, Marketing, Patient Access, and Commercial teams to shape curriculum strategy and launch readiness for DAZ in Sjögren's disease, with potential staff leadership as launches expand.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have one of the listed education/experience combinations.
• Experience in Sales Training.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and vendor management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and lead learning experiences for large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Performance strategy for the TAVNEOS business and onboarding.
• Partner with Brand Leadership to align learning with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to scale learning best practices and launch readiness.
• Support DAZ pre-launch learning strategy and cross-functional launch workstreams.
