Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medical Affairs Training & Medical Information operations. You will develop onboarding curricula, scientific education, and certification programs for Field Medical and Medical Affairs staff.

The role partners with Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Market Access, and Commercial teams to optimize learning resources and ensure compliant communications. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in Medical Affairs required.
• 2 years in Medical Affairs training, learning and development, or Medical Information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level scientific knowledge of Travere's therapeutic areas and products.
• Design, implement, and refine Medical Affairs onboarding curricula and training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant scientific content and training resources.
• Lead or support certification programs, competency assessments, and LMS management.
• Support Medical Information operations through content development, response management, and trend analysis.
