Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Learning & Performance leader in the United States to drive strategy for the TAVNEOS business, including onboarding, field learning, and sales capability initiatives. You will partner with Brand, Medical, Marketing, Patient Access, and Commercial teams to shape DAZ launch readiness in Sjögren’s disease and may evolve into people leadership as launch activities expand.

Responsibilities

• Drive Learning & Performance strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS business.
• Lead onboarding, field learning, and sales capability initiatives.
• Partner with Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams for launch readiness.
• Scale learning solutions, provide leadership, and develop staff as needed.
• Collaborate with Global Launch Excellence & Brand Engagement and cross-functional teams.
• Support DAZ launch learning plans, curriculum strategy, and governance.
• Align learning initiatives with evolving brand strategy and timelines.
• Maintain proactive approach with Sales Leadership for current brand success and future launches.
