Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr Manager of Sales Training for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG) in a US-based remote role. You will lead Learning & Performance strategy and oversee onboarding, field learning, and advanced training for the neuroscience portfolio.

You will manage a two-person team, partner with Brand, and drive ongoing learning initiatives across cross-functional partners while enabling compliant customer engagement. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, Associates, or HS diploma with related Sales Training experience required.
• Experience defining learning goals with internal clients and leading teams to timelines and budgets.
• Proven people-leadership in sales or cross-functional teams within a complex specialty-biopharma setting.
• Experience in NMOSD, gMG, neuroimmunology, or neuromuscular disease is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG).
• Oversee New Hire onboarding, field learning, and advanced training curricula.
• Partner with Brand and cross-functional teams to align learning with business priorities.
• Manage and coach a two-person team delivering impactful curricula.
• Travel about 30% if not located in Deerfield.
