Job summary

Amgen seeks a Sr Manager, Sales Training for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG) to lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution. You will manage onboarding, field training, and advanced curricula, partnering with Brand and Sales leadership to ensure compliant, high-impact learning aligned with commercial priorities.

The role is U.S.-based and remote with travel ~30% if not located in Deerfield, leading a team of two and collaborating across RDBU Learning & Performance and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree with extensive sales training experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales training teams.
• Experience shaping learning strategies to align with commercial objectives.
• Experience in rare disease neurology or biopharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for UPLIZNA Neurology.
• Oversee new hire/onboarding, field learning, advanced training, and curriculum development.
• Partner with Brand and Sales Leadership to align learning with business priorities.
• Travel ~30% if not based in Deerfield.
