Job summary

LG Electronics USA Training Academy seeks a Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to drive product adoption, sales enablement, and customer success across LG's interactive display portfolio, including LG CreateBoard. You will bridge pre-sales enablement and post-sales adoption, delivering onboarding and end-user training while collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and PM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Training, Business, Technology, or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing training, enablement, or solution adoption role.
• Experience delivering live customer demonstrations, instructor-led training, webinars, and virtual learning.
• Experience with interactive displays, collaboration technologies, or related AV/tech solutions.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of the pre-sales journey and the role demos and training play in adoption.
• Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and cloud-based learning tools.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, partner, and sales enablement strategies to improve partner readiness and adoption.
• Deliver onboarding, implementation, and end-user training programs.
• Develop training content and learning resources for enterprise, education, government, and commercial markets.
• Provide reseller and distributor enablement to support LG solutions.
• Support solution demonstrations, pilots, and evaluation activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, PM, and Sales teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Monitor adoption trends and identify expansion opportunities.
