Job summary
LG Electronics is seeking a skilled Service Engineer 2, Commercial Display, to join our B2B TAC Support Team in Huntsville, AL. You will provide advanced technical support for commercial display products and serve as a Level II escalation point for B2B customers, field service technicians, and integration partners.
This hands-on role emphasizes problem solving, customer-first service, and collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Warehouse, and Field Service teams to resolve complex issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of AV/IT tech, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with AV and IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to B2B customers via email, phone, and onsite visits.
- Serve as Level II escalation resource for complex issues.
- Support IT and Medical Monitor product lines with customer-facing tech assistance.
- Analyze service data, prepare reports, identify trends.
- Create knowledge articles and service documentation.
- Provide training to internal teams and field technicians.
