Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Training Coach II to deliver and coordinate clinical and operational training across our market. The role supports onboarding, classroom, and hands-on training to help MA learners transition to independent support for Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients.

The Training Coach II acts as a subject matter expert, covers MA shifts when needed, and reinforces standardized workflows, documentation, and patient-care practices while

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• Certifications such as BLS are required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.
• Experience as Training Coach/Preceptor or equivalent.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Preferred: experience supporting onboarding and training programs.
• Prior experience as Training Coach/Preceptor/Super User.
• Urgent care or multi-site clinic experience.
• Introductory experience facilitating training or coaching peers.
• Familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training and back-up facilitator when needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training records.
