Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC seeks an experienced Training Coach II to deliver onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education across the market. You will support learners from onboarding to independent practice, coaching performance and maintaining training records.

The role requires 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or outpatient settings, active clinical certification or license, and familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.
• Experience as Training Coach, Preceptor, or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner readiness and performance.
• Monitor learner progress, maintain training records, and report status to leadership.
• Assist with training operations, schedules, and program logistics.
• Support MA staff in clinical duties as needed and model best practices.
