The role covers all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, with on-call responsiveness as needed. Responsibilities include operating the ATMS, leading INFORM System Operators, preparing training materials, and ensuring staff are trained and procedures followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a TMC or traffic incident management role with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Office, GIS and web-based information systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate traffic and incident management functions during shifts.
• Lead and direct work of INFORM System Operators.
• Maintain training documents and reports, ensure shift continuity and staff readiness.
