Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This role supports a dynamic beverages portfolio with extensive travel and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain industry licensing as needed.
• Valid driver license and auto-liability insurance as required by state law.
• Overnight travel as needed.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Finance and Pricing practices.
• Familiarity with wine and spirits region knowledge is helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing programs for field use and present new ideas with leadership buy-in.
• Plan, execute and evaluate sales, promotions, and marketing of brands.
• Deliver marketing brand plans to management teams.
• Lead Supplier Planning Initiatives and coordinate with SGWS leadership.
• Ensure retail programs align with pricing and financial tracking standards.
• Set objectives and measure ROI with KPI scorecards.
• Coordinate program tracking across regional and state reporting.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Support POS/VAP planning and buys.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain an engaging environment.
