Job summary
Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Manager, Supplier Strategy to develop and implement supplier strategies and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will partner with Commercial Effectiveness, Intelligence, and Finance to drive standardization, reporting, and cross-functional improvements across regions.
The role focuses on leading supplier initiatives, building templates, and managing strategic projects with senior leadership oversight.
Qualifications
- MBA in related field or equivalent.
- 10+ years in consumer products or services.
- 3+ years in senior consulting roles and client leadership.
- Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal supplier strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial Effectiveness and Intelligence leadership teams.
- Create standard templates and reports for supplier activities.
- Drive supplier standardization and cross-region consistency.
- Lead cross-functional projects across SGWS functions (OSM, Finance, Supply).
- Support executive reviews and strategic supplier initiatives.
