Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the primary liaison between the local market and designated suppliers, guiding a team to drive supplier program activations that deliver exceptional results.

You will develop strategic priorities, manage resources, and align brand strategy with sales goals while overseeing marketing initiatives, pricing, and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance.
• Ability to obtain industry licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between local market and suppliers and lead a team in generating supplier program activations.
• Develop strategic direction to meet volume and value targets through optimal resource allocation and brand adherence.
• Maintain constant communication between Division field sales and supplier marketing (brand & local).
• Plan, execute and evaluate sales, promotion, and marketing programs.
• Lead and direct the Supplier Planning Initiatives, including supplier meetings and business reviews with SGWS leadership.
• Direct the design, planning, and implementation of marketing initiatives that align with supplier goals.
