Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a senior leader to act as the primary liaison between the local market and designated suppliers, guiding a team in generating supplier program activations that deliver strong results.

The role develops strategic priorities, oversees resource allocation, and ensures brand standards across channels while leveraging analytics to identify opportunities in consumer shifts, channel dynamics, and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Must possess a valid driver license and auto-liability insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication between Division field sales and supplier marketing.
• Plan, execute and evaluate sales, promotion, and marketing programs.
• Lead supplier planning initiatives and communications with SGWS leadership.
• Direct design and implementation of marketing initiatives aligned with supplier goals.
• Manage purchasing, supplier shipment, and local delivery for incentives.
• Ensure pricing and gross profit align with strategy by channel.
• Support Finance in management of funds related to local marketing.
