Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager for the Hyperscale LoB to drive end-to-end Q2C programs across Sales, BD, Finance, and Operations.

You will co-architect the lifecycle from quoting to revenue recognition and build scalable workflows to support rapid growth. You will partner with Product Management to define metrics, track feature adoption, and analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in TPM, PM, Business Operations, or Product Analytics in enterprise tech.
• Hands-on with SQL and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Q2C execution cycles across Sales, BD, Finance, and Ops.
• Co-architect and optimize quoting, approvals, order booking, invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalable, automated workflows for revenue growth.
• Define KPIs/OKRs with Product for analytics and decision support.
• Develop real-time dashboards for executives on program status and risk.
