Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Hyperscale Project Analyst to develop and maintain information management systems for internal and external use, coordinating cross-functional meetings and compiling lease-related reports for active Build to Suit projects.

Role involves planning with Hyperscale Executives/Managers for continuous process improvement and ensuring material needs are met across multiple projects within QTS.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in real estate/construction or a similar role.
• Experience tracking and reporting deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Scheduling and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage information trackers with up-to-date information for cross-functional use.
• Support tracking and submission of lease deliverables to Build to Suit customers.
• Partner with sales, legal, predevelopment, and construction teams to track status of critical workstreams.
• Develop information management processes to highlight key data throughout a development cycle
