QTS Data Centers in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Project Manager to oversee large-scale hyperscale data center initiatives from contract execution to billing and closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in data center delivery, construction, change management, project/process management, real estate development, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing standardized processes or operational workflows.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project coordinator for large-scale hyperscale data center initiatives from contract execution through final billing, closeout, and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, RPM, Accounting, Billing, Cost Control, Customers, and delivery teams to coordinate information, workflows, and ensure contractual requirements, billing milestones, revenue recognition, and cash collection are met.
• Maintain operational alignment across business units and drive issue resolution; ensure process adherence and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project status, financial exposure, and forecasted revenue realization to inform executive decision-making.
• Support invoice generation, billing package documentation, and customer approvals to ensure timely billing and collections.
• Develop standard operating procedures and playbooks; reinforce use of tools and trackers for NRC lifecycle management.
