Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our hyperscale data center infrastructure.

You will translate forecasts and complex requirements into commissioned infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations. Requirements include 10+ years in TPM for hyperscale environments, deep data center stack knowledge (power, cooling, networking, GPU/server), and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment.
• Direct experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or major capacity expansions.
• Strong understanding of the data center stack including power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of hyperscale data center builds and capacity expansions.
• Develop and manage program plans with defined scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Translate capacity planning forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks.
• Develop and report on program status, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve complex technical and logistical issues with clear communication.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs across build teams.
