Job summary

Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Hyperscale Operations to coordinate end-to-end execution of integrating DFMs into next-generation hyperscale storage platforms. You will align architecture, qualification, and manufacturing ramp across hardware, firmware, and quality teams.

You will lead cross-functional program execution from architecture alignment through manufacturing ramp, driving risk mitigation and on-time delivery against aggressive customer milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware programs from design qualification to production ramp.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, and supply chain.
• Proven track record with ODMs and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering through EVT/DVT/PVT gates for high-volume systems.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of qualification issues.
• Direct validation, power/thermal testing, and schedule adherence with partners.
• Identify bottlenecks early and develop data-driven recovery plans.
• Translate architecture trade-offs into actionable leadership insights.
