• Proven track record leading hardware programs through design qualification to ramp.
• Experience guiding contract manufacturers and system integrators on test and validation.
• Ability to influence hardware, firmware, product engineering, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate hardware NPI execution through EVT, DVT, and PVT milestones.
• Lead cross-functional triage to drive root-cause analysis and resolve issues.
• Direct global manufacturers on test coverage, validation, and yield optimization.
• Identify bottlenecks early and establish data-driven recovery plans to protect timelines.
• Translate architecture trade-offs into actionable insights for leadership.
