Job summary

Everpure seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for Hyperscale Operations to coordinate the integration of Direct Flash Modules (DFMs) into next-generation hyperscale storage platforms. You will work with hyperscale customers and ODMs to drive end-to-end technical execution from architecture alignment through manufacturing ramp.

Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, product engineering, quality, and operations to deliver reliable deployments that meet aggressive milestones.

Qualifications

• Deep grounding in enterprise SSDs, NAND flash, NVMe/PCIe protocols, and L10/L11 server platform integration with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Proven track record leading complex hardware programs through design qualification, hardware debug, and volume production ramp in agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Expertise driving contract manufacturers, system integrators, and component suppliers on test plan auditing, thermal/power validation, and yield improvement.
• Ability to influence and align multidisciplinary hardware, electrical, firmware, and supply chain teams through clear communication and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Hardware NPI Execution through EVT, DVT, and PVT milestones for storage servers and rack systems.
• Lead cross-functional triage to drive root-cause analysis and resolve qualification issues.
• Direct global contract manufacturers and system integrators on test coverage, power/thermal validation, and yield optimization.
• Identify bottlenecks and dependencies early to protect program timelines and drive actionable decisions.
