Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Money Movement to own the planning and execution of critical financial operations, ensuring accurate deposits and withdrawals and transparent accounting across client programs.

You will collaborate with design, product, and engineering, remove blockers, manage milestones, and scale a self-service product for admins, participants, and operations teams while aligning with longer-term roadmap and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
• Proven record of building and delivering successful products.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong ability to dive deeply into technical problems, and to explore & leverage data to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution across teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to execution by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders.
• Support and amplify teams by creating schedules, setting goals, and identifying milestones.
• Maintain team-level bookkeeping to ensure efficient sprint-level operation.
• Track and report progress of projects and goals in audience-appropriate ways.
• Support the rhythm of the business by creating, driving and optimizing processes.
• Ensure longer-term strategic activities such as roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management are completed.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and impact.
• Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability.
