Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
Technical fluency with distributed systems.
Experience defining program KPIs and using data to guide prioritization.
Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or crypto/web3/DeFi ecosystems.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs from definition to launch and post-launch follow-up.
Drive program cadence with dashboards, risk tracking, and status reviews across teams.
Identify risks and dependencies; elevate decisions when needed.
Collaborate with Engineering on architecture trade-offs and reliability considerations.
Translate goals into executable program plans and KPI definitions.
