Coinbase is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority, multi-quarter programs across product, engineering, and business teams. This role drives cross-functional delivery, defines program KPIs, and partners with design, data, and engineering to ship reliable features on schedule.

You will engage with distributed systems, governance, and AI-enabled workflows to maximize impact while navigating regulatory constraints and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager, or similar leadership in large tech programs.
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity with tight timelines.
• Technical fluency in modern distributed systems for architecture discussions.
• Proven ability to define program KPIs and use dashboards to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or DeFi domains.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from definition to launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive program cadence: kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, risk tracking to keep teams aligned.
• Identify risks and dependencies, mitigate, and escalate when needed.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs for reliability and scalability.
• Translate goals into executable plans and define program KPIs for prioritization.
