Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation & operational programs to deliver honest financial products.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
• Implement lean processes and build a culture of continuous iteration and improvement.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs and guide investment decisions.
• Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows across the organization.
• Plan change requirements, identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive clarity and efficiency.
