ETS LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for Financial Services & Digital Payments in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on driving complex technology transformation initiatives across banking, payment processing, and distributed ledger platforms with a strong background in financial services and payment systems integration.

Qualifications

12+ years IT/PM experience
Strong banking/financial services domain experience
Proven track record delivering payment modernization programs
Experience with blockchain/DLT and digital assets
Understanding of payment workflows and APIs
Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe in large distributed teams

Responsabilités

Lead enterprise technology programs on payment modernization and digital platforms.
Coordinate initiatives across ACH, wires, real-time payments, FedNow, SWIFT, ISO 20022.
Oversee DLT/blockchain integrations with banking systems.
Develop plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Manage cross-functional teams across product, eng, infra, security, compliance, ops.
Drive risk management and governance for programs.
