Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs, collaborating with engineering, product, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. The role focuses on scaling processes, improving planning engines, and delivering customer and merchant products.

You will drive change initiatives, implement lean processes, and establish data-driven frameworks to measure portfolio performance and guide investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years managing programs, processes, and change in a tech environment.
• Strong technical background with software development processes.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, high-visibility transformation and operational programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy and priorities.
• Implement lean processes and improve ways of working.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs.
• Develop communication strategies for seamless information flow.
