Job summary

JPMorganChase's Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services team seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure and platform programs, spanning engineering, operations, security, architecture, and product.

You will translate priorities into integrated plans, drive alignment across teams, and enable technology resilience, platform modernization, and velocity at scale within a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in technical program management and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end.
• Experience with regulated/high-control environments and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technical programs across multiple domains.
• Establish and run program governance structures to drive timely decisions and momentum.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to protect commitments.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to evaluate trade-offs and data-driven decisions.
