Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive-ready updates while handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain program momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess performance and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery standard alignment.
