Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Trust & Safety domain who will drive delivery of complex technology programs across business units in a multi-office setting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of technical program management experience in large orgs, with lead/senior exposure.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning technical and non-technical requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve program performance and efficiency.
Lead multiple feature teams in agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, planning, stand-ups, reviews).
Promote agile practices and continuous improvement across teams.
Organize quarterly PI planning and track 90-day plan progress.
