Job summary

You will translate strategic objectives into executable plans, partnering with architecture, security, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will manage resources, budgets, and timelines while leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with data sensitivity in mind.
• Advanced analytical reasoning to breakdown business, technical and operational objectives.
• Proven track record leading through change in high-pressure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with technology modernization, cybersecurity, or regulatory transformation programs.
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple organizations without direct authority.
• Experience establishing governance and risk management for complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication to influence senior leaders and translate risk into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic technical program plans across functions.
• Oversee resources, budgets, timelines, risks and roadblocks for complex programs.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and reporting with validation.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and delivery standards.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and decision forums for milestones.
• Partner with architecture, security, and business to translate objectives into plans.
• Monitor health with data-driven metrics and address delivery gaps.
