Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff with communicating priorities and tracking progress.
• Create executive updates in clear, concise formats tailored to audience needs.
• Proactively identify obstacles and solve problems with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate messaging for critical updates including town halls and executive reporting.
• Plan and execute senior-level meetings and end-to-end events with insights and analysis.
• Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Interact with diverse seniority levels and present information clearly to address issues proactively.
