Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex software programs and systems.
• Proven expertise managing technical delivery across large-scale platforms and APIs.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and modern SaaS/cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery roadmap across TA ecosystem (ATS, scheduling, CRM, skills assessments).
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Establish governance with OKRs and performance metrics for transparency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, security, and HR to define deliverables.
• Drive technical roadmap alignment for scalability, availability, and performance.
• Use data-driven analysis to improve program performance and efficiency.
• Champion agile methodologies and foster continuous learning and innovation.
• Manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor junior TPMs on program structuring and cross-team coordination.
