Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations, escalating when uncertain.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans ensuring on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Partner with DSS domain leader to align strategies and provide perspective.
• Prepare for sessions and due diligence (e.g., Monthly Business Review).
• Drive Book of Work aligned to OKRs with engineering teams.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Champion agile practices and foster continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance with human review.
