You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and influence stakeholders to enable scalable, reliable tech initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff for Chase Technology's Infrastructure & Production Management, you will shape strategic execution, operations planning, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in a large org.
• Ability to work independently in a fluid environment with varied levels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Strong project management with influence and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Self-directed with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• Leadership abilities to guide projects and prioritize issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff with communicating strategic priorities and tracking progress.
• Create messaging and executive level updates for diverse audiences.
• Identify obstacles and collaborate on practical solutions.
• Coordinate across teams for clear updates including town halls and exec reporting.
• Plan senior meetings and end-to-end events with insights and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Engage with audiences across seniority levels and address issues proactively.
