JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Product Security to guide the SaaS Security program and drive complex technology and cybersecurity initiatives across the firm. You will manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams while aligning technology with business goals.

This role requires deep technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Formación

• Formal training or certification with 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Coordinating cross-functional engineering, security, risk, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into manageable tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives through execution with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and escalation paths.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Use AI capabilities within the enterprise to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, consolidating inputs into integrated plans and executive-ready updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assess program performance with advanced analytics and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery-standard alignment.
