Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for the Leo website launch, coordinating across engineering, finance, legal, and other teams. You will own program definition, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep software development experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work with senior executives.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Drive alignment across multiple orgs including Engineering, Finance, Tax, Legal and Sales.
Own end-to-end delivery of the Leo website launch and associated programs.
Define and deliver the program scope, schedule, and milestones; communicate status to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve blocking issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Understand software design concepts and contribute to large-scale architectural designs.
Coordinate communication with senior leadership across workstreams.
