Job summary

Amazon Leo is building a direct-to-device satellite broadband system. We seek a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end strategy for DTD device integration, guiding architecture, verification, and deployment for reliable Leo NTN services.

You'll lead cross-functional teams across engineering, hardware, software, and partnerships, aligning milestones and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on tight deadlines.
• Experience with verification and validation of mobile devices in wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management of DTD device integration across the Leo DTD constellation.
• Develop and maintain program plans that track milestones across design, integration, and testing.
• Coordinate with device vendors, hardware/software teams and partners to scale the device ecosystem.
• Align cross-functional teams to move complex programs forward with speed, clarity, and accountability.
