Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the embedded software for the Leo direct-to-device payload system. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how quickly and reliably we deploy the DTD constellation and enable service to our customers.

As TPM, you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy from architecture through verification and deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive milestones and ensure network readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and embedded software.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs from early architecture through integration, testing and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional teams from business, software, systems and manufacturing.
• Identify risks, align teams, and maintain clear progress updates.
• Transition from development to large-scale DTD solution with Leo NTN.
