Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own the execution, implementation, development, and test of Amazon Leo software and tooling.

You will drive automation and operational excellence across large-scale satellite deployments, interfacing with cross-functional engineering and program management teams to deliver robust software and test infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner effectively with SDM to balance technical excellence with program delivery.
• Think about scalability and design processes for hundreds/thousands of satellite deployments.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, multi-team environments.
• Balance competing priorities and make data-driven trade‑off decisions.
• Proactively identify risks before they become issues.
