Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Amazon Leo satellite customer terminal portfolio in Redmond, WA. You will own the program lifecycle, drive cross-functional execution across engineering, finance, and business development, and communicate progress to executives.

You will synthesize inputs from ASIC, antenna, embedded software, and manufacturing teams into a roadmap narrative and lead the technical execution plan through PFR processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience with hardware product development lifecycles, including supply chain, manufacturing.
• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, including workflows, APIs, dependencies, and design trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical program lifecycle for satellite customer terminals from concept through design, build, launch, and deprecation.
• Drive the quarterly hardware roadmap process across 10+ product lines with cross-functional inputs.
• Define and own the program mission, objectives, and metrics; drive improvements.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate schedule, supply chain, and technical risks from development through end-of-life.
• Collaborate across Leo, Lab126, eero, and Amazon partner teams to align hardware readiness with deployment timelines.
• Write concise executive narratives and present progress to senior leadership; translate feature priorities into program plans.
