Amazon Leo Secure Communications in Redmond, WA is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive critical security initiatives across engineering, product, and business teams. You will shape the program, tackle complex challenges, and ensure scalable solutions globally, while thriving in ambiguity and guiding stakeholders through delivery.

You'll manage dependencies across disciplines, create processes, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
10+ years working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage technical requirements for test, verification and harness of complex systems.
Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy.
Manage a large number of dependencies across many engineering disciplines to ensure that development schedules are met.
Develop program and team processes and tools, as required.
