Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the embedded software for the Leo direct-to-device payload system. You will own the end-to-end technical program strategy from architecture through verification and deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and schedule goals.

This role is based in Redmond, WA, and supports a fast-paced NTN initiative to bring reliable satellite connectivity to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with embedded software development and hardware-software integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software program management for Leo DTD payload.
• Drive architecture, design, verification, and deployment across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure performance and schedule targets.
• Develop and maintain program plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
