Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager for the Payments team. You will partner across Payments, Infra, Product, and Trust to ensure end-to-end program delivery for moving billions of dollars across 191 countries and 75 currencies.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive clarity in complex, cross-functional environments. Remote eligibility within the US is provided, with some on-site/offsite expectations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building processes where few exist.
• Ability to move from vague problems to actionable plans.
• Strong understanding of software engineering in distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop program scope, align stakeholders, and drive projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate staffing, priorities, and technical dependencies across hosting, trust, payments, infra, and product.
• Lead technical design diligence, manage dependencies, and ensure timely reviews with stakeholders.
• Communicate decisions, status, and risks to leadership and teams.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce complexity.
