Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to support our Payments Transformation, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver the High-Value wires payments roadmap. You will drive project schedules, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders globally.

The role requires extensive experience in tech project management, cross-functional leadership, and cloud technologies, with a focus on governance and structured delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in technology project or program management.
• Experience with software development best practices and cross-team initiatives.
• Experience managing software projects across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Cloud Platform or Cloud technologies.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts, product and operations to ensure scope is clear and well documented.
• Produce, update and deliver on a comprehensive project schedule with technology and business teams.
• Maintain and monitor list of key project-level dependencies across application groups.
• Facilitate project-level governance meetings with clear agendas, minutes and reports.
• Manage project risk and issue logs, escalate where needed, and ensure remediation through closure.
• Communicate status to stakeholders at all levels and maintain a stakeholder communications plan.
