Job summary

InfraServices in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Civil Technician III to lead civil crews on wireless telecommunications sites. You will manage site layout, foundations, grounding, conduit, fiber, and landscaping with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and training responsibilities for team members. Travel to job sites is expected, including overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related trade school education.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless telecommunications construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations.
• Must have or obtain OSHA 30 Construction Training Card.
• Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily crew operations on site.
• Perform site layout for cell tower construction and electrical/telecom infrastructure.
• Use hand and power tools for trenching, concrete, rebar, and grading tasks.
• Assist foreman in training and mentoring team members in technical skills and safety.
• Travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays.
