Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of wireless tower construction experience.
• Two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Certified climber/rescue and OSHA 30 required.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Competent rigging/hoisting certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tower crew activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and radios.
• Interpret RF specs and ensure installation per scope.
• Manage on-site logistics, materials, and schedules.
• Document daily reports and site photos.
