InfraServices in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance at assigned sites. You will lead field crews, coordinate resources, ensure safety, and drive projects from start to finish while mentoring technicians and enforcing company standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience with installation, RF testing, and troubleshooting, plus strong communication with customers and management.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of wireless tower construction experience.
• Two years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Certified climber/rescue and OSHA 30 required.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Competent rigging/hoisting certification.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily tower crew activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and radios.
• Interpret RF specs and ensure installation per scope.
• Manage on-site logistics, materials, and schedules.
• Document daily reports and site photos.
