InfraServices LLC is hiring a Tower Technician III in Albuquerque, NM to lead field crews in installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. This senior role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The position involves training team members, coordinating site activities, and ensuring documentation accuracy, with regular travel to job sites and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead daily crew operations on site.
• Climb towers and work on elevated structures up to 500 feet.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts.
• Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and RF specs.
• Maintain safety and quality per standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crew, coordinate safety, and ensure scope adherence.
• Climb towers and perform installation, alignment, and troubleshooting.
• Interpret drawings and RF specs; perform sweep, fiber, and PIM tests.
• Ensure QA, organize tools and equipment, document daily reports and site photos.
• Travel to job sites; support foreman with training and safety.
