XiFin is hiring a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to analyze medical benefits claims, build financial models, and support vendor oversight for a self-funded plan. Qualifications

• 4 years of progressive experience in benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics with at least 2-3 years on a self-funded health plan.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills for plan design and pricing.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and pay transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze self-funded plan analytics including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision data.
• Build monthly/quarterly reports on plan performance and budget vs. actuals.
• Model annual budgets, renewals, and rate projections; support rate setting.
• Support vendor management, RFPs, and contract review with brokers/TPAs/stop-loss.
• Perform pay equity analyses and support compensation design and compliance.
