Job summary

BioTissue, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Compensation & Total Rewards in Miami, FL to lead the strategy and design of the organization’s total rewards programs.

You will advise senior leadership on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, and pay equity while driving engagement and retention through effective programs. The role oversees compensation structures, annual planning, executive compensation, benefits governance, and vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Requires analytical and financial modeling capabilities with attention to detail.
• Leads compensation and benefits governance and annual planning processes.
• Manages vendor relationships and external consultants for market analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation program design, including salary structures and incentive plans.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, market adjustments, and promotion salary recommendations.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs and benefits governance.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to evaluate ROI of total rewards initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, healthcare, and pay‑transparency regulations.
• Partner with Finance and Talent teams to align programs with business needs and growth.
